Mr. Holtman is the Managing Partner of Holtman Wagner & Company. Mr. Holtman has 30 years of experience in public accounting. He has extensive experience auditing banks, homeowners associations, cities, counties, manufacturing companies, oil and gas partnerships, steel companies, and utility contractors. Mr. Holtman also has a well-established tax practice. He works in the Houston, San Antonio, and New Braunfels markets.

Mr. Holtman current and past positions include the board of McKenna Memorial Hospital Systems and the Noon Lions Club.

Ms. Applewhite is an Associate Judge with the City of Houston Municipal Courts in Houston, Texas. The City of Houston has the fourth largest municipal system in the country and has an average of one million cases annually. In addition to her judgeship, Ms. Applewhite serves as Vice President and General Counsel for Houston-based Ayrshire Corporation, a national development corporation which does business in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, and Los Angeles. She has been employed in the real estate and development fields for the past 30 years in the Houston, Los Angeles, and New Orleans areas and has worked with privately owned family development corporations. Ms. Applewhite is also an Advisory Director of Wallis State Bank in Houston

Ms. Applewhite is also a member of the Houston Bar Association- Real Estate Division, State Bar of Texas, Women in Real Estate and Finance, Urban Land Institute, and Presidential Round Table.

Daniel Walz is Chair of the Business Administration Department at Trinity University, where he has taught since 1982. His teaching interests include financial institutions and markets, and statistics for business and economics. His research focuses on the Mexican securities markets, Bayesian statistics, and personal financial planning. He has published over 30 articles in journals such as Decision Sciences, Journal of Financial Research, The Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions, Money, and Financial Services Review.

Dr. Walz’ current and past positions include serving as the Executive Vice President for the Academy of Financial Services and as a member of the International Coordinating Council for the World Trade Association, San Antonio.
