Strongroom Solutions will be bringing OCR technology into Payables Lockbox in
the very near future. OCR will allow invoices files, whether they be tiff files
from a fax or PDF attachments from an email, to be uploaded to Payables Lockbox
and be automatically indexed in Payables Lockbox with the following data:
- Business Unit
- Invoice Number
- Account Number
- Invoice Date
- Due Date
- Amount
